In mid-2017, we opened a small café in Keswick based on two simple passions: great food / drink, and Lakeland adventures. The business has since evolved into a critically-acclaimed all-day restaurant, and our passions have only increased. So, we’re now looking to develop the concept – launching a second site to continue the growth of Fellpack. Twice a day, every day, we’ll be delivering our unique experience to the people and visitors of Cumbria. We just need the right person to join our leadership team and enjoy making the place run, so it really does feel like 14 parties a week.

The Opportunity

You will have responsibility for the day-to-day running of the restaurant, with the potential to eventually assume responsibility for its overall business performance. This will require you to:
