Our menu is seasonal, with dishes changing quarterly to give customers variety and match the food with the types of adventure that might have been undertaken during the day. A summer’s day lake swim and snowy mountain trek, both great adventures, are not necessarily best finished with the same meal. Salmon and beetroot barley risotto in the summer might be replaced with pork belly, chorizo and butterbean stew in the winter.
The atmosphere is celebratory and full of warmth – the space, or lack thereof, dictates this! Our main restaurant is on the first floor so you can marvel at the number of stair-steps the staff take of an evening. We reckon collectively we climb a height higher than Scafell Pike in a day. Who says you can’t exercise at work!
